Stretching and obstacles
First,if you do ninja warrior you can’t just do it you have to stretch your muscles and if you don’t stretch then you could pull a muscle and you whole career could be ruined forever. So would highly recommend stretching.
For example, high knees. High knees are when your knees get to the level of your belly button rapidly. Arm circles is when your arms do circles in the air. Running in place and jumping jacks so kids always remember to stretch or you will pull a muscle!
When you start, you will be at the floating steps. The floating steps is when a competitor’s one step the step triple tap it or cat grab.
Then, there is the log grip. The log grip is where there are two 2x4’s that you hold onto and you roll down on it spinning for 10 feet!
Then there is the paddleboard is when hop across the first paddle is on the right the second paddle is on the left side then so on till the 5th one on the right. Then the I-beam it is a one inch ledge that you hold on and and go side to side zig zag and up and down.
The final and most popular obstacle The Warped Wall so many people love that warped wall it is 14 and a1/2 Feet tall!!!!!Most people have to do three steps but if you are super tall then you can possibly get it in two steps!
Then last but not least the buzzer there are many ways of hitting the buzzer my personal favorite way is dabing on the buzzer !
